Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza offers the Plaza Ballroom with a pre-function area and five well-designed, spacious conference and banqueting venues, each with its own private foyer that can be adapted to suit gatherings of virtually any size. Each of the smaller salons benefit from natural light, with additional lighting that is fully programmable through a state-of-the-art dimming system. Function spaces are tastefully decorated with silk panelled walls, mahogany trim, rich wall-to-wall carpeting that incorporates a contemporary Arabesque motif, and stunning bronze chandeliers.
Divisible in three, the truly grand 1,000-square-metre (10,764-square-foot) Plaza Ballroom will accommodate up to 800 for a banquet and up to 1,000 for a reception, while the salons accommodate board meetings, smaller receptions and banquets.
In addition, five Boardrooms and a Conference Room in the Business Centre meet the needs of business meetings, accommodating from six to 12 for a board meeting.

All meeting spaces at the Hotel are fully equipped to support the most demanding presentation and communication requirements, with advanced lighting, AV and staging capabilities, telecommunications and electrical hook ups. Our meeting rooms include built-in screens in the ceiling and 3-phase power outlets.

Music and entertainment
Four Seasons team of conference and banqueting specialists will arrange music and entertainment to complement any part of a function or event. From classical and jazz to traditional Middle Eastern entertainment, Four Seasons will meet your needs. Function spaces include multiple portable dance floors.
Receiving and maintenance
Special arrangements for the delivery of oversized packages or environmentally sensitive equipment should be made through the Banquet Manager. The receiving dock is easily accessible and can accommodate two light trucks. The freight elevator, which accesses the main Ballroom floor, can accommodate a full-sized car.
The Engineering Department is available 24 hours per day for general assistance with lighting, room temperature control and minor repairs.
Welcome amenities and VIP gifts
Special arrangements can be made for clients to purchase welcome amenities for their VIP guests. Catering Conference Services will be happy to assist in these arrangements. Possibilities range from custom-prepared boxes of Egyptian homemade sweets, to a monogrammed bathrobe, a polo shirt or a series of Papyrus-style artworks.
Spouse programmes
The Hotel offers a variety of activities that will interest the spouses of meeting participants and the Concierge can provide detailed information on specially tailored spouse programmes.

Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza offers a perfect base for families visiting the city, and always extends an especially warm welcome to its young guests, from serving milk and cookies on arrival to providing special gifts such as colouring books and crayons, sweat shirts, t-shirts or chocolate treat. Children’s menus are available in every restaurant and In-Room Dining, with careful attention paid to providing nutritionally balanced meals. Complimentary items and services include bottles and toiletries for infants, high chairs, kid-sized terry bathrobes, strollers and bottle warmers. Babysitting services may be arranged through the Concierge.
